Our owner Jens Friedebold has been EDEKA ́ner since 1998 and has since 2014 been an independent merchant in Strausberg. The team now has more than 160 employees, including 15 trainees, including a retailer. Together we want to ensure that you are always supplied with the best and freshest food, at 3 locations in Strausberg. We offer you an extensive fruit & vegetable department, operating counters for cheese, meat, sausage and fish as well as many food from the region. Support our team in full time or part time at our EDEKA Center Friedebold in the Herrenseeallee 15, 15344 Strausberg! You make cakes, cakes and pastries. You are responsible for the production of doughs and masses using the machines and equipment required for this purpose. In compliance with all internal and external guidelines, you can ensure effective and quality-conscious production and handle the raw materials responsibly. You are responsible for compliance with valid quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, QMS).

You have successfully completed your training as a confectioner, a baker, a baker or a comparable qualification and have ideally already gained first professional experience in this field. You are handcrafted and have a good technical understanding. A sense of responsibility and a high degree of reliability are yours. Teamability, self-initiative and flexibility as well as the readiness for shift and weekend work complete your profile.
