We offer a job that makes you happy: You support the WpHG Compliance Officer in monitoring and implementing capital market requirements, in particular from MiFId, WpHG, MaComp. You will participate in risk analysis and in the implementation and development of monitoring measures to proactively identify, control and initiate countermeasures at an early stage. You support the assessment of business processes, trainings and internal requirements regarding their regulatory compliance, identify necessary adjustments and advise the affected areas. You prepare essential insights into reports and presentations in an address-oriented manner and actively shape methods, frameworks and IT-based compliance processes. After your incorporation and acquisition of the required expertise, you can assume additional responsibility and further develop yourself as a representative agent (m/w/d) for WpHG compliance. Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 9c; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment. You work structured and carefully, prepare complex content in a comprehensible way and convince through readiness and communication strength.
