As the leading association of the Bavarian savings banks, the Sparkassenverband Bayern supports these in their tasks in the strategic and operational business and represents their interests. He is a contact person for the Bavarian savings banks and also works with the partners of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe Bayern as well as in joint and partnership cooperation with other regional associations. For our area of risk and asset management in the Control & Production division, we are looking for one or one full-time in the course of succession planning as of 01.04.2026

Advising and supporting savings banks in our cooperation regions in the areas of risk and asset management with the focus on operational risks and address risk Processing of supervisory, business or bank questions Working in the central conception and further development of the business methods for risk management Monitoring the technical implementation of the application systems, in particular in the areas of operational risks and address risk Conducting board and specialist seminars and webinars and web meetings as well as consulting projects Accompanying the Institutes with Introduction Projects and Implementation of Rollout Measures Regular technical coordination on further topics of the overall bank control, such as e.g. Total bank simulation, market price risk, risk-bearing capacity, liquidity risk, earnings management, retailing, calculation and MaRisk This is what distinguishes you: you bring a completed study in the field of economics and/or Financial mathematics or a comparable degree from the savings banks or Banking sector With the latest methods, concepts and instruments of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe in risk management, you are perfectly familiar You have several years of practical experience in the areas of Operational Risks and Address Risk You are well aware of the regulatory requirements in the areas of Operational Risks and Address Risk You are happy to work in the team, are service-oriented and are characterized by excellent communication skills and excellent German skills (at least language level C1) Ideally, you already have experience in preparing and carrying out seminars A readiness to travel within Germany completes your profile Curious: You want to know more?
