In this role, you work closely with our operating teams and Corporate SHEQ and continuously develop our quality processes and management systems. You are not only here, but you are actively involved – directly in operation and with noticeable impact.

You bring in your ideas, improve processes sustainably and expand your know-how in quality management. At the same time, you are immersed in exciting SHEQ topics, especially in environmental and regulatory issues.

Your tasks:

Development and maintenance of our quality and SHEQ management systems at the Pilot Center Operations Ensuring that safety, environmental and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949) are not only met but also lived in everyday life Participation in environmental issues – including coordination of BImSchG-relevant issues and exchange with authorities. Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits and ensuring the sustainable implementation of improvement measures (CAPA, RCA) Designing practical trainings together with the operational teams as well as working on clear, user-friendly documentation Early recognition of potential risks and development of pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with the teams Active participation of continuous improvement and operational eccentric initiatives in the Pilot Center

Complete study or comparable qualification in the technical or scientific field First to multi-year experience in quality and/or SHEQ management – ideally in the industrial environment Experience in dealing with norm-based management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949) First contact points with audits, corrective measures (CAPA) and causes analyses (RCA) Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High sense of responsibility as well as safe occurrence and communication strength Ability to convey complex topics in a comprehensible and practical way Very good knowledge of German and English
