Your post: You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership and the further development of the entire team. In addition, you will develop KPIs that ensure efficient management of the team and achieving the goals. You take over the complete project management and offer our customers the best possible support. To this end, the most existing and developed new strategic steps and measures to offer the quality of services to our customers at the highest level. With your technical expertise, you will develop new projects and record them both in our external clientele and in the participating departments within the group. You are responsible for controlling the ongoing projects, taking into account the existing resources project plans and continuously optimize the processes within the CGM.
