Technical Writer – Spare Parts (m/f/d)

Creation, maintenance and publication of electronic spare parts catalogues based on our systems (SAP, ERP, MDG, Schema ST4) Installation and maintenance of material strains, unit lists and product and classification data Ensuring consistent, complete and user-friendly spare part documentation across the entire product life cycle Active development of spare parts by evaluating and implementing innovative methods and technologies, such as PLM integration, AI-based processes or digital information concepts Control and implementation of product-related changes from development and production in spare part documentation Close cooperation with design, technical illustrators, purchasing, service and aftersales to ensure high-quality spare parts documentation Requirement, evaluation and preparation of technical supplier documents for spare part documentation Contact person (m/w/d) for internal departments as well as support for issues related to spare parts catalogues and retrofit solutions

Master / Technicians (m/w/d), ideally completed mechanical engineering studies or comparable qualification Good understanding of the function and interfaces of parts and assemblies Good spatial understanding, CAD basic knowledge desirable Secure handling of SAP ERP, sound MS Office knowledge Very good German knowledge, English in word and writing Self-employed, structured and committed working with high team capacity
