In consulting projects in the public sector, you work on strategic issues of digital transformation and advise executives at federal level – for example in ministries and federal authorities – on organisational and technological decisions In the context of the project, complex issues are analysed and structured and sound basis for decision-making for management levels in the public sector – for example, for the ministerial and state secretary levels as well as for administration, departmental and departmental directors The responsibility for work packages or subprojects is your hand; in close cooperation with project team and customer side A focus on transformation projects relating to process management and organisational development, such as the further development of process management standards in the federal administration and the strengthening of process orientation in organisations Concepts for the digitization of administrative processes are developed independently, for example for the design of IT-supported end-to-end processes as well as for the introduction of digital platforms and IT systems In addition, you can participate in the optimization and control of processes, including data-based process analyses, key number systems and modern control models. Together with colleagues, approaches to the automation of processes are created; you also accompany our customers in the introduction and organizational anchoring of automation and AI technologies You actively contribute to the further development of our consulting portfolio in the field of process management and digital transformation in the public sector Advice means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on customer and project situation – throughout Germany, in our offices, on the spot and remote from home

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Political Science, Administration and a comparable discipline Relevant professional experience – from first to several years – has already been collected, for example in management consulting, public sector consulting, in-house consulting or in a comparable role in the public sector, ideally related to process management, organisational development and digital transformation experience in the preparation of analyses, presentations and decision templates is available; you can safely move in management-related contexts Ideally, you bring certifications or sound knowledge in relevant methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT or TOGAF In addition, you ideally have knowledge of process modeling standards such as BPMN 2.0 and experience with process management and modeling tools, such as ADONIS, BIC or comparable tools. Experience or a strong interest in AI-based methods for analyzing and optimizing business processes is advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a sovereign appearance in the management environment complete your profile
