Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück As a technology manager at Köster Ventures, our hub for start-up innovations, collaboration and investments, you drive the technical implementation, development and evaluation of exciting ConTech solutions and digital business models You are a technical Sparring partner for our venture clienting projects and work closely with internal departments as well as a network of founders: women, universities and innovation partners You are responsible for the technical realization of promising innovation projects - from initial validation to prototypes to piloting and MVPs You actively scout new technologies and ConTech start-ups - and check their specific applications in the planning and construction process You are a key player for all tech questions in the innovation and venture environment - both internally and externally.

You are passionate about new technologies and enjoy their practical application You bring a technical background - for example in computer science, mathematics, computer science or a related area You have practical experience in product development, software architecture, or deployment You have basic knowledge in common programming languages and frameworks (e.g. HTML, CSS, Python or Angular) You have a good sense of trends and technical feasibility - supplemented by a strong tech and start-up network You have a hand-on mentality, team spirit and drive to actively shape the construction of tomorrow
