Investigation and assessment of structural defects and damages with regard to the stability and structure of structures Creation of concepts for repair and maintenance Examination of structures Appraisal activities for concrete surfaces with water-prone substances in accordance with WHG and AwSV requirements Testing of structures according to VDI directive 6200 and engineering structures according to DIN 1076 Creation of expert opinions in the field of concrete repair (e.g. park buildings, facades, balconies)

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering with a focus on constructiv engineering Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of stability / static calculations Ideally experience in concrete repair (e.g. of park buildings) and good knowledge of expert evaluation Very good analytical thinking and high problem solving capability High readiness for responsibility German language skills, good English skills desirable Regional readiness to travel to a limited extent
