Preparation and submission of brand and design applications (DE, EU, WIPO) Participation in opposition and deletion procedures Correspondence with international partner firms Management and maintenance of protective rights portfolios Organization and support in daily law firm everyday In short, you're thinking with structure, overview and care that our mandates are well-maintained.

Experience in the processing of marks (with or without previous PaFa training) Knowledge of design workmanship is a plus – no need Very good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of MS Office An independent, reliable and structured operation Joy in working with international clients And: You are a real team player – just like us!
