We are looking for you as a manager for the Logistics Projects (m/w/d). You can look forward to this: In this role, you are responsible for the management and further development of the logistics project area. You connect operational project management with strategic development, tax a diverse project portfolio and advance projects around logistics center, retrofit, process optimization, digitization and automation in a structured manner. Leadership and further development of logistics projects: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership in the field of logistics projects and continuously develop them with a view to future requirements. You create clear structures and set the basis for a powerful and forward-looking project organization. Management of the logistics project portfolio: You are responsible for the prioritization, planning and implementation of strategic logistics projects - from the new logistics centre to retrofit measures to process optimization, digitization and automation projects. You ensure compliance with quality, time and cost targets. Project management, monitoring and reporting: You continuously develop project management standards, ensure transparent control mechanisms and manage the monitoring and reporting of the project portfolio for management and relevant bodies. Budget and investment responsibility: You are responsible for the budget planning and management of the department, prepare decision-making bases for investment and tax the economic implementation of strategic logistics projects. This also includes investment, material and personnel cost planning. Interface, Stakeholder and Change Management: You coordinate cooperation with internal departments, such as IT, construction, building technology, production, logistics management and external partners and planners. You bring together different interests in a targeted manner and accompany change processes to ensure the successful introduction of new systems, processes and procedures. Strategic development of logistics: You conduct future fields of action from the company's goals, develop concepts for logistics organization, automation and digitization and shape long-term location development. In addition, you define and follow KPIs and develop a multi-year project and action roadmap for logistics.

As an experienced leader, you convince with strategic thinking, clear communication and high implementation. You give orientation, develop organizations and successfully bring complex logistics and transformation projects to the target.
