Complete training in medical education or a comparable qualification with multiannual, relevant professional experience readiness for flexible use within several housing groups at the Haslachmühle or Wilhelmsdorf site (not overlapping) Sensitivity and joy in dealing with people with disabilities High level of team skills and motivation Willingness to shiftwork (no night services required) affirmation of the Christian-diaconical order and co-design of our diaconic work
