• Together with your colleagues, you install, configure and treat our hardware and software solutions with which we reliably provide our customers.
• You independently analyze faults in the IT landscape and develop suitable solutions in the team - fast, targeted and sustainable.
• In IT support, you answer specialist questions, offer first solutions and support our customers with different IT challenges.
• With your trained view of responsibilities, you support the professional escalation management and decide which cases your team takes and when specialized colleagues should be involved.
• As a professional team management, you coordinate your team, answer your holiday planning and conduct regular consultations with the contact persons: both on the customer side.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as IT system electronics:in, or comparable experience in IT support
• Detectable experience in professional team management
• First experience in support of hardware and operating systems
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Personally, you are convinced by your communication strength, your sense of responsibility and your willingness to deal intensively with the concerns of our customers.
