Personal and telephone advice and support of our customers on travel services Sale, booking and billing of travel services (e.g. travel packages of major tour operators, business trips, group incentives) Sales of individual services such as car hire, rice insurance and seat reservations Advice on entry regulations and visa application Booking and settlement of scheduled flights, hotels and rental cars, Amadeus/Flight and Amadeus/Rail train tickets Participant management and monitoring of incentives on site Creation of travel documents Participation and settlement of travel

Successfully completed schooling (ideally qualified or qualified) Team spirit and communication strength Travel and interest for other countries and cultures Organizational talent and high flexibility and commitment High quality and service requirements Own initiative and willingness to take responsibility Good knowledge of English Class B driving licence
