Administrative and procedural costs, job and budget overviews are therefore part of the portfolio. Our objectives are reliable statements on costs, target-actual comparisons, transparent allocations to the corresponding cost accounting and proper budgeting, among others, based on job planning. As a team in the human resources industry, we ensure the necessary information and transparency, coordinate and generate control options and ensure early detection by regular HR reporting, which is based on the corporate objectives. Our key figures and analyses are a central tool for sound decision-making.

You take over the personnel and expertise of a team with 5-10 employees and apply management tools proactively You make decisions in complex technical matters of the personnel budget and control You support the area management in implementing and maintaining change processes

You have successfully completed higher education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or similar degree) in the field of financial management or economics You have a current multiannual professional experience with the focus on public finance, controlling, personal controlling or household and are included with the topics of accounting.
