Do you want to actively shape the technical field of gas quenching systems and take responsibility for an experienced team? As a technical manager (m/w/d) gas quenching and fire alarm systems, you are a professional partner for our project teams, control technical processes and ensure that our projects are implemented efficiently, qualitatively high quality and successfully. With your know-how, your leadership skills and your optimisation perspective, you continuously develop processes and your team.

Your tasks with us

Technical leadership: expert management and support of the project teams in the field of gas quenching systems and ensuring successful project execution Project support: Testing of assembly and execution documents, coordination of material disposition and support in technically demanding projects Project control: Accompanying and controlling critical projects and ensuring quality, appointments and technical standards Communication & Collaboration: Preparing and managing regular project meetings and promoting a close exchange within the teams and with the departments Process optimization: Analysis of completed projects, identification of optimization potentials and continuous development of processes and standards Employee development: onboarding new employees, professional support and promotion of individual development within the team

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable field of expertise or completed technical training with further training as technician or master Experience: Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the field of stationary gas quenching systems or in plant fire protection, as well as first experience in the professional or disciplinary management of employees. Knowledge: Knowledge of the relevant regulations such as the VdS Directive and sound knowledge in the field of supply/calculation Qualification for the VdS specialist for inert gas and CO2 quenching systems is advantageous. Funded knowledge: in the project business and safe handling of MS Office. Working methods: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods with a strong sense of quality and responsibility. Personality: High-communication leadership with team spirit, ability to motivate and develop employees. Very good knowledge of German and an occasional readiness to travel complete your profile.
