Your tasks:

In this versatile position you are a central interface between editorial, accounting, rights management and administration. Your tasks include:

Creation, maintenance and administration of author contracts (paper form and electronic workflow) incl. Monitoring the signature process Maintenance of contract data in Pondus and key user function for the system in cooperation with the departments Active cooperation in accounting with the readiness for deepened incorporation, e.g. in accounting (creditors and debitors) Organization and shipping of document copies for our authors: Working with the fee billing (preparing, checking and processing of error messages) Processing of copyright requests and violations Organisation of travel bookings (Onesto) and internal book orders Coordination of annual programme cleaning (approx. 200 authors) Creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings General administrative tasks such as post distribution, packet monitoring (DPD/post office) and internal communication

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the publishing environment Safe handling of database systems (e.g. Pondus) and very good knowledge in MS Office Self-employed, structured and careful working Organisational strength, reliability and team capacity Friendly, service-oriented appearance and communication strength
