You tax and accompany strategic IT procurement projects for OEDIV and the companies of the Oetker Group Analyze needs, markets and suppliers, identify synergies and perform supplier, contract and cost-effectiveness assessments You are responsible for contract and price negotiations with IT manufacturers, software providers and service providers as well as the coordination of tenders You advise specialist areas on procurement strategies, licensing models and economic optimization options and work closely with internal and external stakeholders You develop purchasing standards, governance structures, processes as well as contract and supplier management and support the development of a transparent purchasing and contract landscape

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in strategic IT purchasing, procurement or Vendor management, ideally in Group or Group Structures You bring experience in the negotiation of complex IT, software and service contracts, as well as in tenders, procurement procedures or in supplier management You have a good understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud services, license models and managed services as well as knowledge of software asset management or license management You convince by analytical thinking, communication strength and negotiation skills and have knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate You additionally score with knowledge of regulatory requirements such as NIS2, ISO 27001 or privacy policy
