Job description For our IT finance team in ITGSZ-FS, we are looking for an IT consultant with a focus on cloud costs at the earliest possible time, which, together with our DevOps teams, sets up measures to reduce volumes and thus reduce costs. As an efficiency manager, you are responsible for the measure control to reduce the cloud costs of AWS (Amazon Web Service) and our internal service provider AXA GO for the IT infrastructure together with our DevOps teams (in total € ~20 million) You work closely with relevant stakeholders (IT Area Leads, POs, DevOps teams) to develop cloud cost strategies and ensure that all stakeholders understand and implement the measures You regularly report on the progress and success of the implemented efficiency measures to contribute to decision-making with transparency You continuously analyze cloud usage and identify savings potentials to sustainably reduce our IT costs while ensuring performance You work on the (strategic) further development of our FinOps team and initiate process optimization in the cloud sector to make our workflows in the team and the organization more efficient You have to do with many national and international colleagues and build a large network: You work closely with the colleagues of the AXA GO and the international FinOps community and are in direct contact with the IT Area Leads of the Tribes and Local Product Managers in the Group

You have completed a degree in economics, (economic) computer science or (economic) mathematics or a comparable qualification You have very high communicative skills for dealing with the different stakeholders at all levels of leadership and in the international environment You bring knowledge in finance, ideally in cost controlling, or knowledge about the functioning of IT and understanding the relationships between applications and IT infrastructure You bring basic knowledge to cloud technologies and platforms. AWS with or the willingness to work in deep here High commitment and willingness to design for the processes that are responsible in the team You also have good analytical and methodological skills Very good German and English skills for exchange and negotiations with the AXA GO complete your profile
