Social pedagogical accompaniment of the workshop staff and professional management of the participation order. Advising workshop workers in personal, social and professional matters, including crisis intervention and conflict management. Reflexive practice response of group specialists. Close cooperation with operating and workshop management to conceptual developments in their own sphere of competence. Close cooperation with offices, authorities and cost-beneficiaries, as well as parents, legal representatives: Compliance and implementation of the timely reporting requirements based on the workshop-specific documentation platform. Organisation of individual and general promotional and educational opportunities within the framework of the workshop's own continuing and continuing training programme.
