We supply about 2,000 jobs at over 140 locations with hardware and software, telecommunications and specialist applications that we can host or run in the cloud at several locations. Analysis, evaluation and conception of system and application architectures Analysis of the existing application and system landscape in terms of architecture, interfaces, security, technology and wartability Assessment of technical integrity, safety and scalability requirements Development of target architectures and target properties for central applications Creation of architecture and integration concepts based on defined standards Developing recommendations for the sustainable development of the IT application landscape Standardization, consolidation and technical development Identification of redundant or outdated structures and self-developments, as well as assessment of viability, risk, costs and strategic relevance in the application landscape Development and implementation of consolidation concepts to reduce complexity and standardise technical platforms Identification of performance bottlenecks and optimization of existing systems (e.g. database queries, cache strategies, load balancing) Planning and implementation of APIs, microservices or event-driven architectures to integrate applications and systems Planning and implementation of data integration strategies and migrations between systems and databases, while minimizing downtime Definition and warranty of name conventions, API standards, data models and uniform integration patterns (e.g. REST, messaging, event drives) technical support and coordination of the implementation together with specialist areas, IT operation and external service providers to define future architecture Ensuring security and compliance standards (e.g. authentication concepts, encryption, logging policies) Integration of security mechanisms into architecture, including authentication, encryption and secure API designs Project work, coordination and stakeholder management technical management and coordination of architecture and integration projects Translation of technical requirements in systemic and technical solution concepts Conducting technical reviews, tests and quality assurances Stakeholder management: close cooperation with departments, data protection, information security, IT operation and external partners Moderation of technical consultations and documentation of decisions Ensuring transparent and comprehensible communication across system boundaries Support of management in strategic planning and prioritisation of technical measures Quality assurance, knowledge transfer and communication Creation and maintenance of architecture, system and interface documentation, security and emergency strategies technical advice and support for system administration in complex tasks switching technical relationships to different target groups Participation in working groups on IT architecture, standardization and digitalization

Complete university studies of (economic) informatics, administrative informatics or comparable discipline Required special skills / special exams / qualifications multiannual experience in architecture, integration or standardization of application systems (including specialized applications), ERP systems, interfaces, middleware, integration platforms, message brokers, DMS, SIEM, BI) well-founded knowledge in the design of application landscapes, interfaces and exchange formats, interface development (API, web services, SQL) and automation Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental cooperation Ability to communicate technical facts structured, comprehensible and addressable Knowledge of IT security, data protection and archiving requirements analytical, methodological and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured, document-oriented way of working very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 to GER) are provided
