We are looking for a new foreman/column leader (m/w/d) to increase our team’s green care.

The tasks include: Responsibility for the organisation and implementation of the requirements of the care plan (qualitative and quantitative) Daily quality and quantity checks of the services provided Technical guidance and promotion of the professional development of employees Disposition and operational management of employees Ensuring a structured and efficient operation in the team Contact person for our customers as part of the service Enforcement and control of work protection measures Ensuring the material requirements for the delivery of power (devices, materials, vehicles, etc.) Control of the machines used with regard to function and safety

Required qualification: Complete vocational training as a gardener/gardener or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in guiding small teams desirable Driving licence class B or BE mandatory What else you should bring: Consciousness of decision and responsibility Teamability and flexibility Organizational institution
