Head of Product Management (m/f/d)

You control the implementation of complex, team-wide requirements and programs You identify bottlenecks, target conflicts and risks at an early stage and provide a structured solution You actively promote the further development of the organization towards a scalable, agile project structure You establish efficient processes and standards in product management You promote close and effective cooperation between product management, development and quality assurance You actively accompany change processes and support the organization in transformation phases You continuously develop the team management and Product Owner and strengthen their own responsibility You create a multi-site, performance-oriented and cooperative team culture You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, tools and procedures

You have multi-year leadership experience, ideally in managing executives within a software organization You have profound experience in managing complex development or product organisations with multiple teams You bring practical experience in scaling agile methods (e.g. SAFe, LeSS or comparable) with You are familiar with controlling roadmaps, priorities and dependencies in larger organizations You understand making clear decisions even in complex and dynamic environments You have experience in dealing with change processes and transformations You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high degree of self-responsibility You bring a good understanding of technical relationships in software development You are characterized by enforcing and at the same time high social competence You are able to motivate teams and develop them sustainably You have very good German skills
