As a MEMS Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the pre-development of innovative thin film single processes and modules for highly advanced future sensor applications on 300 mm wafers: Own the development, adaptation, and implementation of novel thin-film processes and technologies (e.g., known, CVD, ALD) for MEMS applications in a 300 mm environment Drive the transfer of new MEMS processes and equipment from research into a highly automated 300 mm production line Build and manage strong collaborations with research institutes (for fundamental development) and equipment suppliers (for industrialization up to high-volume manufacturing) lead success studies, economic evaluations, and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical feasible, capacity requirements, and future manufacturing needs Take full ownership of planning, executing, and evaluation experiments including coordination required analyses in close collaboration with the team, front-end manufacturing, and overall process integration Contribute as a key expert within an interdisciplinary team, close collaborating with front-end manufacturing and overall process integration
