Contract management: You create offers, orders and framework contracts, process complaints as well as delivery requests and document all relevant customer contacts in the CRM. Customer support & advice: You advise our customers by phone and in writing, advise leads, sales opportunities and master data in SAP and support supply monitoring and recovery measures. Analysis & Action Dissecution: You analyze reports, identify relationships and derive practical measures that you implement independently. Cooperation & Communication: You work closely with internal interfaces, support sales campaigns and participate in internal and external (customer) events.

Expertise. You have several years of experience in sales, ideally you have experience with SAP. You bring very good Excel and good PowerPoint skills. Expertise You have experience in selling complex products or services. You have a good understanding of real estate processes, ideally also for relevant legal and technical relationships.
