As a welder (m/w/d) in Lübbecke, you work on stable connections, precise metal parts and clean welded seams. The position is aimed at experienced professionals who work reliably and keep quality in mind.

• Execution of welding work on metal and steel components
• Preparation of workpieces, stapling and alignment of components before welding
• Control of welding seams on dimensional accuracy, cleanliness and firm connection
• reworking of components so that the result is technically and optically convincing
• Work according to drawings, work instructions and production specifications
• Close coordination with production, so that processes can interlock cleanly
• Use in layer operation with changing tasks in metal machining

We are looking for

A reliable welder (m/w/d) with practice in the metal sector and a safe handling of typical welding work is sought. If you work carefully, understand technical processes and bring shift readiness, you fit well into this role.

• Complete training in the metal sector or multiannual experience as a welder, locksmith or metal specialist
• practice in welding and assembly work, ideally with clean view for quality and accuracy of measurement
• Safe working according to drawing, specifications and technical documentation
• readiness to work in the layer system and openness for changing times of use
• Careful, concentrated operation even in recurring production steps
• Technical understanding of materials, components and connections
• Team orientation and responsible handling of materials and work equipment
