Planning, organisation and accompaniment of various events (central and decentralized) Coordination of representative events taking into account protocolal requirements Cooperation with the offices of the Bistumsleitung at the event planning Control and monitoring of press and public relations for events Maintenance and management of event-relevant databases Creation and coordination of invitations, programs and other event documents

Study of event management, public relations, communication sciences, journalistic volunteers or comparable training At least two years of professional experience in communication one year of which in the field of event communication Experience in professional handling of confidential information Team skills and close, trusting cooperation Embossed communicative skills in dealing with internal and external partners Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
