Founded in 1935 by Dr. Rudolf Hauschka, WALA Heilmittel GmbH has been a foundation company since 1986. This gives us the freedom to use money responsibly – for example for sustainable cultivation projects here in Bad Boll and around the globe. Everywhere we develop and produce our products and produce raw materials, we are responsible for the environment and the people we are dealing with. We develop and produce around 900 anthroposophical medicines for almost every indication and stage of life. Our raw materials come mainly from our own medicinal plant garden or from our Demeter farm. What we do not grow with our own hands comes from controlled wild collections and ecological cultivation projects. Or from partners who work as fair and sustainable as ourselves.

In our foundation company you work together with thousands of colleagues on topics that advance our planet. Our WALA medicines give humans the healing powers of nature. Our natural cosmetics of Dr. Hauschka stands for recipes from 100% natural ingredients. We are looking for your support for the following tasks: Co-responsibility for financial statements: creation of monthly and annual individual and consolidated financial statements. Transfer prices: Responsibility for compliance and documentation of the transfer price concept. Consolidated financial statements: Working with the introduction of a new consolidation tool. Participation controlling: support in controlling all group companies in Germany and abroad. Projects and process developments: independent processing and management. Supporting the local financial accounting team in the daily tasks.

For the task described here, we require: Qualifications and experience: completed commercial studies focusing on accounting and tax or comparable training with continuing training; Professional experience in group accounting and taxes. Expertise: Very good accounting knowledge according to HGB, knowledge of international tax law and ideally experience with the introduction of consolidation tools. Technical skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA in FI/CO and safe handling of common office programs. Personal characteristics: team skills, communication strength, self-responsibility; good English skills. Joy in process optimization and openness for new – you don’t have to bring everything to 100%
