You are a central contact person in your branch, keeps the processes together and supports your team in daily business. You actively participate in the sale, take responsibility, meet decisions, and join your team for a smooth process. You keep an overview, organize processes and ensure that our standards are complied with in terms of service, quality and cleanliness. At the same time, you are close to the team, give orientation in everyday life and go as a model.

Your duties on sale

• You warmly welcome our guests and advise them on our products
• You sell our breads, rolls, cakes and snacks with pleasure
• You prepare coffee specialities and small snacks freshly
• You have an eye on order and cleanliness in the sales room to make our guests feel comfortable with us at any time

Your duties as a leader

• You're a key player for your team and make a positive contribution to working day
• You motivate your colleagues: give regular feedback and conduct employee talks
• You plan and guide team meetings and promote the exchange in the team
• You organize operations, keep orders, goods and key figures in mind and secure a smooth store operation
• You are interface between team, office and external contacts
• You accompany trainees and assist in the incorporation of new employees
• You solve challenges in everyday life and actively shape the further development of the branch
• You regularly exchange with other store managers in common rounds in Apensen and develop new ideas together
