What is this place? The ZAK (Centre for Work and Communication) in the Esslinger Old Town is a daily place with employment area, which offers about 200 people with mental illnesses and mental stress rooms for encounter, participation and sensual activity. • permanent employment (60–100%) • Social pedagogical support of long-term unemployed people in challenging situations of life • Administrative and organisational tasks (applications and processing of social affairs SGB II, SGB IX, SGB XII) • Communication with service providers, authorities and cooperation partners • Support for individual case coordination • Cooperation and professional exchange within the ZAK team • Work on projects, events and the conceptual development of the ZAK

What do we want from you? • a completed social education or a comparable qualification • Experiences in the social-psychological care landscape, social assistance and counselling • Interest and expertise in social law, in particular according to SGB II, SGB IX and SGB XII • independent, structured and flexible work • organizational and administrative activities will give you pleasure • Team skills, willingness to cooperate and a good amount of humor you find important • you can easily handle MS Office and digital documentation systems • you attach importance to an appreciation and resource-oriented attitude towards people • a client-centric cooperation with service providers and authorities (e.g. Jobcenter, German Pension Insurance, Landratsamt)
