Teamlead IT Strategy & Products (m/f/d)

MODULAT LEASING does not understand IT as a cost center, but as a value driver. With around 70 employees we are big enough for real impact – and small enough for quick decisions. Our IT has just re-established and is organized in three teams: Strategy & Products (Plan), Development (Build) and IT Operations (Run). As a team leader IT Strategy & Products, you are the central control and translation unit between our departments, software development and IT operation. You decide what is prioritized – our development and operations teams decide how it is technically implemented and stable. With this you take a leading role with fresh cut in a team that actively shapes the future of our IT. You report directly to the Board of Management and sits at the control table of the total IT from the outset. Strategy & Control – you’re giving the direction You are responsible for the IT roadmap of MODULAT LEASING and you agree with the management You consistently prioritize IT initiatives according to Business Value and plan and tax the IT budget Architecture & Governance – you set the standards You control the architecture process via your team (solution and operating architecture) and guide the regular architecture board For pragmatic, slender IT governance and secure regulatory compliance (including DORA) Products & Projects – you bring structure to growth You are responsible for our application landscape and organize the agile product boards You control project initiation and project controlling and align the product overwner roles to end-to-end business processes, not to individual applications Digitization & Innovation – you are driving the next step You actively drive AI deployment and digitization in the company and bring your own ideas into play You build knowledge management in IT and continuously optimise our IT landscape Leadership – you continue developing your team You carry your team (4–6 specialist:inside: Solution Architecture, Product-Owner Digital Enablement/KI, Project Control, Product-Owner) professionally and disciplinaryly and develop it in a targeted manner You work closely with the team management development and IT operations and are the key player for the market and specialist areas

Multiannual experience in IT strategy, IT architecture or product management in a control or leadership function, ideally in the regulated financial or leasing environment Experience in the management of teams and/or the control of Product-Owner structures Understanding IT governance, IT security and regulatory requirements Experience with or strong interest in AI and digitalization issues Communication strength at management and department level Pragmatic, conversion-oriented working style with a view to the whole Experience in cooperation with development and operating teams
