Professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated employees as well as further development of the team and team culture Competence development of employees as well as the processes and tools used as well as implementation of best practices and lessons Learned Responsibility for budget management as well as for the processes and standards of DC major projects Responsibility for implementation and quality assurance of long-term planning and forecasting Advising and supporting the large-scale DC projects in terms of budget management issues and ensuring cost and budget transparency across all phases of the project Close coordination with the large-scale DC projects, adjacent organizational units as well as internal and external stakeholders Control and optimization of topics of the Amprion Offshore Society (AOS)

Complete economic or economic engineering studies, ideally focusing on controlling, finance, project management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in budget management, controlling or purchasing infrastructure and large projects or in a comparable function or Industry leadership experience, preferably in the commercial area, in combination with the ability to lead a team and inspire for its tasks Experience gained in interdisciplinary cooperation with technical and commercial areas Embossed strategic thinking, high numerical affinity and decision-making strength combined with strong communication and organizational capabilities Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive participation in the team, estimating communication and a predictive working style with a focus on common goals Self-employed and conscientious work and a high degree of self-initiative and enforcement German and English knowledge in word and writing
