Senior Product Owner (w/m/d)

As Senior Product Owner (w/m/d), you play a central role in the digital transformation of Deichmann. In close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of digital products with the focus on customer benefits, market relevance and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibility for the vision, strategy and roadmap of one or more digital products (e.g. e-commerce, mobile app, omnichannel services) Analysis of market trends, user feedback and business goals for continuous optimization of product strategy Proactive creation and prioritization of the Product Backlog in close coordination with the respective stakeholders Control of agile product development (e.g. after Scrum) in cooperation with various teams, e.g. UX/UI, development and marketing Monitoring of KPIs and deriving recommendations for action on product improvement Coaching and mentoring of Junior Product Owners

Complete studies in the field of business, (economic)informatics or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a product owner or product manager of digital products, ideally in the commercial or e-commerce environment Understanding agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.) Impressed analytical, technical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial approach Communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
