Working Student (m/w/d) Sales Compensation and Customer Assignment

We are looking for a location in Munich at the next possible time

limited / up to 20 hours per week

You independently take over tasks and responsibilities in the operational daily business of commission processing for our sales partners in the commissions and customer assignment department. You will focus on the processing of commission-relevant data for our sales partners as well as sales-relevant data as well as mediator changes for savings banks and VKB. Perspectively, you take responsibility for tasks in the commission team. You learn how to deal with our applications and process commission cases as well as orders for managing supervisors and customer encryption. You support the team in the case of inquiries from the internal service or sales office, for example to their commission account statements, and you form written and binding answers. You develop guides to explain or document facts easily understandable. You support the team in cleaning actions and care of intermediary data, in listing, archiving and documentation of orders.

Continuous studies of economics, ideally with the focus of business administration, accounting, distribution or comparable subjects. You have a very good number understanding, work quickly into our booking applications and execute bookings correctly. Highest discretion and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential data is obvious to you. You are service-oriented to our sales partners, flexible in working time design and reliable in implementing independent tasks. You show a quick understanding and express yourself in word (tel. inquiries) and writing (by mail) very well and safely. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the financial services industry. You are online-affin and very safe in handling MS Office, especially with Excel.
