Projekt- und Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) You ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire product process – from development to serial release and complaint processing. Ensuring compliance with relevant European directives, standards and legal requirements (e.g. CE, REACH, RoHS, ProdSG) Conception and maintenance of quality standards, test specifications and technical specifications Implementation of internal audits and product reviews (function, safety, load) Evaluation of samples and support of the release for series production Coordination and evaluation of external tests by laboratories Investigation of quality deviations and derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures Close cooperation with international procurement and production partners Accompanying external audits with suppliers and production facilities Control of complaint management including causes analyses (e.g. 8D, CAPA) Ensuring compliance with defined product requirements Creation and management of technical documentation and declarations of conformity
Complete technical training or studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or comparable) Multiannual experience in quality management, ideal in consumer goods environment Knowledge of common quality methods and tools Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or QM systems Embossed process understanding with focus on preventive quality assurance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High self-motivation, flexibility and sense of responsibility
