As a production assistant (m/w/d) in plastics and rubber processing, you support the ongoing manufacturing process

and together with your team, make sure that production works smoothly around the clock.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines in plastics and rubber processing
• Support for trouble-free and efficient production processes
• Implementation of simple visual and quality controls
• Eliminating minor disturbances after appropriate instruction
• Compliance with all work, quality and safety regulations
• Ensure order and cleanliness at your workplace

We are looking for

Ideal conditions for this activity are:

• First experience in production, machine operation or handling of technical equipment is helpful, but no requirement
• readiness to work in the continuous system to ensure continuous production in Finnentrop
• Basic technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Careful, reliable and responsible operation
• Team spirit and willingness to actively support colleagues
• Good understanding and willingness to learn new activities
• Physical resilience and durability for everyday production
