You take over the comprehensive legal advice of TARGO Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries in multi-layered issues focusing on factoring & debt financing Our headquarters in Düsseldorf or the Corporate Finance location Frankfurt/Mainz can be considered as a location The main focus of the transaction is factoring & debt financing. The latter also includes the specialty football finance Interfaces exist for banking and banking supervision, insolvency and general civil and corporate law Specific advice is also provided to the bodies and business areas in strategic issues of business development and product development in the development path of a universal bank Own and independent conduct of negotiations (both external and internal) as well as legal and process support of medium and large national and international financing transactions, training measures for our employees and special projects round off the field of activity You work together in the team with other experienced colleagues, both from the legal venue set up in specialist groups and from other departments of the bank and external law firms. Relevant professional experience in the transactional and legal fields mentioned, gladly acquired in a firm or legal department of a financial institution Legal training ideally completed with appropriate orientation and at least one predicate examination Solution-oriented team player, assesses collegiality and efficient action Joy in shaping and show self-initiative, persuasiveness and decision-making strength View and understanding of economic relations Ability to communicate even complex legal situations visually and addressably and fun to pass on this knowledge Embossed feeling in recognizing, arranging and minimizing legal risks English language for negotiation / French language skills are very welcome, but no requirement
