You carry out operating personnel work throughout the ''employee life cycle'', in particular: creation of monthly wage and salary bills for a specific target group in the company The creation of employment contracts, contract changes and employment certificates Correspondence and communication with authorities, offices and health insurance companies You advise and advise the executives in all administrative and accounting matters You develop HR processes/ tools together

Successfully completed commercial training e.g. to the merchant/wife for office communication, industrial businessman/wife or comparable training Advantages of further training for the personnel specialist Insufficient professional experience in pay bill convinces us Knowledge in the area of wage tax, social security and labour law Secure MS Office, mainly Excel and DATEV knowledge would be desirable Analytical skills and high number affinity characterize you Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
