Responsibility for the legally safe operation of defined construction facilities ( roofs, ceilings, inner walls, outer walls, etc.) Detection and implementation of the operator's obligations as well as the organisation of maintenance and fault and third-party service provider management Optimization of the operation of the construction plants and ensuring the legally compliant operating documentation Participation in the preparation of tender documents and the conclusion of technical supply contracts Monitoring of construction projects (e.g. rebuilding and new building materials) and support in the implementation of internal and external audits

Completed studies in a field related to facility management or completed relevant vocational training, ideally with additional qualification as a state-tested technician Practical experience in operation and maintenance of construction plants (construction) Knowledge in project management and project planning of construction projects as well as in the handling of relevant regulations, standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI, HOAI etc.) Structured, independent and reliable operation as well as sovereign appearance, customer orientation, team spirit and communication skills Willingness to work for weekends and to readiness to call
