You produce video and photo content from the ENCW Group and put people, projects, initiatives and events in an authentic and high quality scene for website, social media and internal formats From conception to filming and cutting to publication, you realize multimedia content and develop effective formats for digital channels You accompany projects, events and strategic initiatives communicatively and make their content and results visible You create targeted content to strengthen our positioning and employer attractiveness In close coordination with the management of corporate communication and public relations as well as the departments, you implement communication measures and provide content for internal and external formats You accompany the implementation of the communication strategy with creative ideas, design content autonomously and actively introduce formats, topics and implementation proposals As a returning person on the set you create a professional and safe environment in front of the camera and ensure an authentic appearance of the participants Trends in video, social media and digital communication actively monitor and stimulate the development of our formats

Complete study area Communication, Media Design, Design or comparable training Multiannual experience in video and photo production, ideally in the business environment Safe handling of popular production and cutting tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop); ideally first experience with drone or AI-based tools Embossed feeling for storytelling, visual language, design and media effects Very good expressiveness in German, written and oral Creative diversity of ideas combined with pragmatic implementation competence Sovereign and esteeming appearance in dealing with people in front of the camera Structured, independent and reliable operation with high quality standards Teamability, organisational skills and a proactive, commemorative way
