Head of Division Protection against Dismissal and Accompanying Assistance according to SGB IX (m/f/d)

As Head of Unit, you take over the professional and personal leadership of a team of around 30 employees and actively shape the further development of your area of responsibility. You cooperate with the city and county circles as well as with other legal service providers, cooperate with the creation of forum templates and business instructions and support the department management in strategic and professional issues.

The Unit is responsible for the following tasks: special protection against dismissal for people with a severe disability or equivalent under SGB IX Dismissal protection after the BEEG, FPfZG and CareZG accompanying help in working life according to SGB IX Prevention and operational integration management according to SGB IX Planning and implementation of training, cooperation in project groups

successfully completed university studies (Diplom / Master) in administrative, social or legal sciences or equivalent recognised educational requirements multiannual professional experience in a comparable task area and in public administration is advantageous good knowledge of administrative and social law, in particular SGB I, IX and X Knowledge of labour law and the right of participation of people with disabilities good communication skills, negotiation skills, resilience and a high degree of responsibility IT-Affinity driving licence class B
