Special youth stations take into account the special needs of young patients. We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals such as: Examined health and nursing staff, nurses, Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full or part-time for our youth stations. You actively support the organization and structuring of the hospital everyday to ensure a smooth process for patients and the team. You conduct co-therapeutic talks that focus on topics from individual or group therapy and deepen to promote the therapeutic process. You are the first point of contact in crisis situations and offer fast, competent support to ensure stability and security. You independently conduct therapy groups, such as relaxation processes, mindfulness, social competence or skill training, and thus contribute to the further development of patients. You accompany eating disorder patients therapeutically during meals and help them develop a healthy approach to food.

You have a completed training as an educator or a nurse (m/w/d). Ideally, you already have experience in the fields of psychosomatics/psychiatry or the care of people in housing and home groups - but is not a must! Communication strength, team skills and joy at work are what distinguishes you. Your appearance towards patients, patients and their references is characterized by respect, professionalism and empathy. You are also curious about new topics and are interested in professional development.
