Alarm management: React on emergency calls from the emergency call center, also in standby services (from home). Key management: key transport to the site of use and support of KVB or rescue service. First aid: support as needed and implementation of first aid measures. Training: Participation in regular training.

Qualification: training for the medical helper or willingness to participate in a course (paid by us). Class B licence is required. Joy in dealing with people: Especially with older and needy people. Schwandorf-Kenner: local knowledge in the district Schwandorf of advantage (required residence in the field of application) Experience in the medical field (e.g. medical practice, rescue service) is desirable, but no need! Flexibility: readiness to night and weekend services.
