You develop and shape our market development strategy for defined target segments. You identify and prioritize target customers, analyse Buying Center and address relevant decision-makers in a targeted manner. You carry out targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email and social selling and position our solutions at management level. You qualify opportunities based on clear criteria and seamlessly transfer them to our Account Executives. You work closely with marketing to develop and optimize targeted campaigns and content. You analyze market trends and competitive activities and thereby guide specific recommendations for sales and go-to-market strategy. You support the coaching and onboarding of Junior MDR/SDR-Kolleg:innen. You use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily as well as marketing automation and ABM tools to control your account and lead strategy.
