Customer support for national trade fairs (Germany-wide) Project-related customer acquisition and support of existing customers Offer creation and order acceptance Independent logistics and transport processing by air, sea and land freight, incl. production and testing of the corresponding documentation and customs processing Own implementation and monitoring of the projects in Germany, including on-site Runtime monitoring, complaint and damage processing Accounting of forwarding services and project-related monthly accounts

Complete training to/from the merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or comparable completion with experience in the logistical environment Experience in the trade fair industry desirable, customs knowledge are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage readiness to work hours (e.g. weekend) and occasional travel within Germany Joy in selling and handling customers Team spirit and organizational talent Loadability and flexibility
