Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Advice and support for the areas of expertise in the implementation and optimization of CAFM software to manage the digital NEW YORKER Facility Management processes Analysis of existing business processes and definition of functional and technical requirements for CAFM software Support for the entire CAFM life cycle as well as data collection and analysis to the cost reduction of the entire building operation Creation of IT concepts, specifications and decision templates incl. Economic calculations Coordination of technical implementation within IT - from architecture to development to integration Coordination with internal and external partners (e.g. software manufacturers, implementation partners) Monitoring system tests, rollouts and training Management of projects in terms of quality, time and budget

Completed studies or training of economics, (economic) computer science or comparable qualification Professional experience as IT consultant, business analyst or IT project manager* Technical understanding of IT architectures, interfaces and system integration as well as experience with CAFM tools desirable Methodological knowledge of project management (classical and agile) required Very good German (min. C1) and good English skills required Self-working and analytical thinking and binding occurrence Team player, high communication strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
