Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Personnel administration: You create all personal documents, such as work contracts, contract changes, certificates, work certificates, etc. You can also get the signatures of the management. System integration: You support the integration of our hotel staff into the HRIS rex system. In this system, you also collect and maintain personal data. HR projects: You work on exciting HR projects and support the further digitization of the HR department.

completed commercial training or comparable qualification; like to also cross-learners with corresponding professional experience in personnel handling Knowledge of personnel management and the application of labour law provisions Flexibility, enforcement capacity and service-oriented operation Friendly, communicative and safe occurrence as well as pronounced social competence Very good MS Office and PC skills, ideally knowledge with the Rexx Personal Management software Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
