In Duisburg we expand our customer business. As an IT Business Process Specialist (m/w/d), you become part of the national project team and are key players in the introduction of our modern warehouse management system - including configuration, testing and go-live support. After successful run-up, you take the technical support of the system landscape in running operation, analyze system-side process sequences and implement continuous optimizations. You work closely with internal IT teams, operational specialist departments and the customer - you can develop and implement your own technical concepts. Sounds exciting? How to introduce yourself Interface between the operating and internal technical departments Analysis and optimization of work/process processes in relation to the systems used and support in process design Ensuring the optimal functionality of our Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management and Transport Systems Possibility of independent creation & implementation of system developments Training of users in the WMS systems used Data Warehouse Customizing and Creation of Reports Planning and implementation of release tests and support in the rollout of software upgrades

Completed training/studies, desirable with a focus on logistics, economics, IT or engineering, or comparable professional experience Knowledge in handling information systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP, etc.) or reports/databases and high IT affinity Ideally, first professional experience in the field of warehousing or contract logistics (e.g. in warehouse processes, organisation and distribution) Embossed solution competence, strong service orientation and openly lived team skills Communication skills in German and English
