When it comes to your training, the ADAC offers you various options: In one of our many areas, you can complete your vocational training or implement your theoretical knowledge as a dual student. And the best thing: you always help other people. You are in the middle of the day business and support our team in organizational tasks, tenders and procurement projects related to purchasing, procurement and contract management. You prepare documents for procurement and decision-making processes. You keep our supplier, contract and master data up to date and make sure that contract documents are well organised. You are researching potential suppliers and service providers and supporting offer comparisons and market analyses. You get to know modern procurement and purchasing processes in an insurance company and actively contribute to their digitalization, optimization and further development. You prepare figures and information in a comprehensible way and start evaluations, presentations and reports for management. You work closely with specialist areas, suppliers and internal interfaces such as law, compliance, finance and controlling and take on your own tasks and responsibility step by step. You can look beyond the edge of the plate: In areas such as staff, financial accounting, controlling or marketing, you will learn more facets of ADAC and ADAC Insurance and participate in cross-departmental projects. Seminars, workshops and diverse projects give you space to develop and grow your technical, social and methodological skills.

You have a good school degree (center maturity, specialist abitur or abitur). You like to organize, work structured and keep an overview even in more complex situations. Accuracy, reliability and care are of course for you. Figures and economic issues raise your interest. You go open to people and enjoy working with the team. You want to develop yourself personally and professionally and learn new things. The handling of various computer systems is obvious to you.
