You are in this position responsible for checking in and out our guests. This means that everything is in your hands, through initial contact to invoice creation. Furthermore, the maintenance of the reservation and booking programs and the acceptance of the phone calls and Whatsapp messages is in your area of responsibility. You take the preparatory accounting, the handling with day-to-day closures and strengthen our area in the CRM/Concierge area. So a place for multi-taskers!

You are flexible, team-ready and always good on it – even in challenging situations you keep a cool head. Your appearance and handling are the first impression of our apartment house – that is, you should have a friendly and open minded being and a lived service mentality. Good knowledge of German and English is absolutely necessary as well as an affinity in the field of yielding, accounting and booking systems.
